The MfgPro230 xS uses CO2 Selective Laser Sintering technology (SLS) to give users the ability to print in various plastic materials to produce a wider selection of engineering parts. The MfgPro230 xS lays down a layer of thermoplastic material and fuses the plastic material with a laser. The result is a print that rivals injection molding products in terms of strength and precision.

Intuitive Software
The MfgPro230 xS works with two software solutions, SLS Build and SLS Ware. With SLS Build the printing process can be prepared, simulated and sent to the printer. SLS Ware gives the user the ability to schedule print jobs remotely and check print jobs.
Simple powder handling
The system's productivity can be massively increased by the exchangeable construction area. While the objects on the old building panel are cleaned in the finishing station, the next print can be started immediately!
