Quality inspection in digital form

On behalf of a customer, an impeller was printed using the hot lithography process. Subsequent changes requested by the customer led to an adaptation of the CAD data. Only thanks to the CT could the internal channels of the component be checked for absolute permeability, shape accuracy and structure

About us

For more than 10 years we have been qualifying components with 3D computed tomography. Since 2018, we have been one of four companies worldwide that have achieved the qualification for testing additive-manufactured components for Airbus. With five of our own CT systems and a team of experts, we analyze and measure components at the highest level.

We have opted for the hot lithography process in the area of additive manufacturing. Here we achieve excellent material properties and surface structures. In addition, we are able to manufacture injection-moulded components with the highest precision.

For the production of metal components, we use the laser Metal Fusion. This enables us to manufacture components that retain their shape and are free of blowholes.

We are the plastics specialists from Baden Württemberg and cover the entire process chain of plastics processing.

The experience from our own tool and mould making and a large plastic injection moulding production brings us to our goal faster.
