Additively employs technical and organisational security measures to protect the user's data that it is managing against manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorised individuals. The security measures are constantly being improved in line with technological developments.
Additively expressly points out that data transmission via the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) is subject to security flaws and cannot be fully protected against third party access.
Additively contracts with third-party service providers to host servers and databases and for other services. Service providers are required to agree not to access or use any information or data they may have access to while providing services to Additively other than as specified.
If the Operator of Additively is ever involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, user information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this policy will apply to the user’s information as transferred to the new entity, including the user’s right to delete all information.
The relevant laws of Switzerland alone shall apply.
