Visiting the Additively.com website can result in the storage of access information (IP address, date, time, page viewed). These data do not count as personal data but are anonymized. They are evaluated solely for statistical purposes and system security. They are not disclosed to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Data are only divulged to state agencies if prescribed by law. Data can also be stored on the user's computer, so-called "cookies". They serve to simplify access for the user and to tailor Additively.com offering to the user's interests. The user is however able to deactivate this function within his browser. In this case, however, there may be restrictions on the website's usability.
If users subscribe to Additively.com, personal data – name, username, email address and phone number – will be collected. This information will only be used to fulfil the services of Additively.com. This may include revealing the personal information to suppliers in the Additively network that respond to request for quotations of the subscriber.
Upon written enquiry the user can be informed which of his personal data (e.g. name, address) Additively.com is holding on him.
Additively.com employs technical and organisational security measures to protect the user's data that it is managing against manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorised individuals. The security measures are constantly being improved in line with technological developments.
Additively.com expressly points out that data transmission via the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) is subject to security flaws and cannot be fully protected against third party access.
Additively.com contracts with third-party service providers to host servers and databases and to provide other services. Service providers are required to agree not to access or use any information or data they may have access to while providing services to Additively.com other than as specified.
If Additively.com is ever involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, user information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this policy will apply to the user’s information as transferred to the new entity, including the user’s right to delete all information.
The relevant laws of Switzerland alone shall apply.
