ATOS Q - The new ATOS compact class

In almost all industries, ATOS sensors have established themselves as optical 3D measuring systems. The new sensor perfects the triad of design, technology and performance.
ATOS systems return full-field data about deviations between the actual 3D coordinates and the CAD data. As this measuring data contains all the object information, in addition to the surface deviations from the CAD, the software also automatically derives detailed information such as GD&T, trimming or hole positions. The accuracy of optical measuring systems is based on state-of-the-art optoelectronics, precise image processing and mathematic algorithms, ensured by stable precision standards and an automated calibration procedure.
ATOS sensors are used in many industries for the inspection of parts such as sheet metals, tools and dies, turbine blades, prototypes and injection-molded and pressure die-cast parts.

The compact ATOS Q is very versatile. It solves complex measurement and inspection tasks manually, partially or fully automatically in the ATOS ScanBox. With only 4 kilograms and its compact design, the ATOS Q is light and easy to move.
ATOS Q is designed as a flexible 3D scanner for reverse engineering as well as for complex measurement and inspection tasks in a wide variety of industries. The interchangeable lenses ensure high-precision measurements of small to medium-sized components. A change from the smallest to the largest measurement volume is quick and easy thanks to the fixed camera position.
