MicroFine Green – When Detail Matters

Now for the first time if you need micro resolution parts with details as fine as 0.07mm you can prototype your design using Stereolithography 3D printing.
Three different resolutions: Normal, High and Micro
When building a part with 3D printing, the resolution of a machine can play a significant role because it affects minimum feature size, surface quality and cost. To accommodate different part geometries, we offer 3D stereolithography (SLA) printing in three different resolutions: Normal, High and Micro. Most parts can be built with normal resolution, parts with fine details (approx. 0.1 mm) often require high resolution.
MicroFine Green for ultra-fine details
For parts with extremely fine details (e.g., 0.07 mm) we offer micro-resolution. We can realize such ultrafine details with our proprietary material MicroFine Green. This duroplastic plastic is used to build parts from 0.025 mm thin layers. The maximum part size is 127 x 127 x 64 mm, whereby very tight tolerances can be maintained. Most pieces made of MicroFine Green are not larger than 25 x 25 x 25 mm.
