Key Terms

Site: The Additively.com website
User: Person making use of content and/or services on Additively.com
Buyer: Legal entity or natural person interested in buying additively manufactured parts can subscribe to Additively.com as Buyer.
Service Provider: Legal entity offering manufacturing services utilizing professional additive manufacturing equipment (defined as owning at least one additive manufacturing machine with list price > 10’000 CHF, 8’000 EUR, 7’000 GBP) can subscribe to Additively.com as Service Provider.
Service Provider Profile: Profile containing content on Service Provider for additive manufacturing
Subscriber: Legal entity or natural person that has subscribed to Additively.com
Subscriber Content: Content that Subscriber is providing to Additively.com

Terms of Service

The purpose of Additively.com, owned and operated by Additively Ltd., is to provide a platform that is connecting Service Providers for additive manufacturing to Buyers of additively manufactured parts. By using the Site, Users accept this Agreement and agree to be bound by it. Additively.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time and will make reasonable efforts to notify Users when it has done so. Users agree that their use of the website is subject to the Terms of Service then in effect. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, do not access, browse and/or use the Site. Users must comply with all laws and regulations, and Users affirm that they are legally able to enter into a contract for services under these terms.


Legal entities or natural persons can subscribe to Additively.com as Buyers. Their account allows them to post additively manufactured parts they would like to buy from Service Providers in a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on the Site. Service Providers are able to view the RFQ and, if interested, provide a quotation. Buyers can review the quotations they receive and place a binding order at a selected Service Provider over the Site. Thereby, Buyers are entering a direct contract with the selected Service Providers under the Terms&Conditions the Service Provider has specified in its quotation. Buyers are not entering any legal contract with Additively Ltd.

Buyers agree not to post requests for quotations for parts where they do not hold the required copyrights or which violate any Swiss law.

After a Buyer has ordered parts from a Service Provider through Additively.com, the Buyer can rate the performance of this Service Provider. The buyer thereby certifies that the review is based on his / her own experience and is his / her genuine opinion of this Service Provider, and that the Buyer has no personal or business relationship with this Service Provider, and have not been offered any incentive or payment biasing the review. Additively.com has a zero-tolerance policy on fake reviews.

Service Providers

Legal entities offering manufacturing services utilizing professional additive manufacturing equipment (defined as owning at least one additive manufacturing machine with list price > 10’000 EUR) can subscribe to Additively.com as Service Providers. They are allowed to apply for a Service Provider Profile. Additively.com will grant one profile per Service Provider, but has not obligation to do so whatsoever.

Service Provider can acquire new business through Additively.com by providing quotations on RFQs posted by Buyers. If a Buyer is ordering parts from a Service Providers, they enter a direct contract with each other under the Terms&Conditions the Service Provider has specified in its quotation. If a service provider acquires new business, this service provider will be charged a commission fee by Additively.

Service provider are obliged to treat all information provided by Buyers in RFQs as confidential and are not allowed to use them either for themselves or for third parties. The information can solely be used for the purpose of providing a quotation and has to be erased after closure of the RFQ.


Subscribers are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and reliability of the Subscriber Content they provide to Additively.com. They are further responsible for obtaining the rights to any content they publish. Subscribers must comply with the terms and conditions of all of the sites where the content originally appears. Subscribers are also responsible for obtaining the rights to any photos, videos or any other content that they use.

Additively Ltd. does not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any content on Additively.com.

Subscribers agree not to create Subscriber Content that includes illegal or libelous language and Subscribers are solely responsible for the repercussions of posting such material. Additively.com reserves the right to alter or delete any content on the Site, and to cancel the accounts of any Subscriber who fails to comply with these Terms of Service.

Subscribers grant Additively Ltd. a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, use, distribute, modify and make derivative works from Subscriber Content. Subscribers also grant each User of the Site a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access Subscriber Content through the website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content as permitted through the functionality of the website and under these Terms of Service.

Additively.com is under no obligation to approve for display or, if approved, continue to display any Subscriber Content submitted to Additively.com.


By accepting these Terms of Service, Users agree that Additively Ltd., its directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and other partners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service, any damages for loss of use, profits or goodwill or any other punitive or consequential damages of any kind relating to any use of content on Additively.com or distributed on other sites through Additively.com.

Users agree to indemnify Additively.com from any claim arising from use of content and/or services. Users agree that Additively.com shall bear no responsibility for a violation in the terms of use of other sites whose content is used within Additively.com.

All services and content on the site are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Additively.com can monitor activity and content on the site but has no obligation to do so, and offers no guarantees for the accuracy or quality for any media on its site or from other media sources and sites that appear on the Site or any sites where Additively.com is used.

The failure of Additively.com to exercise or enforce any portion of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver or modification of any such right or position.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Users and Additively Ltd. with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any other agreements, written or oral unless these agreements contain explicit exceptions

These terms of use and this legal disclaimer are governed by Swiss law, exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Substantive Swiss law is applicable to the relationship between users and the Additively Ltd.
