Easy Mode
The Easy Mode characterizes the products of the VH series. The Easy Mode, created especially for the beginners, is an excellent possibility to use the essential functions of the system within only one day of training.
Microscopy
The high depth of field is one of the basic features that have a decisive influence on user-friendliness. Thanks to specially designed zoom lenses you can observe your samples with complete focus, keeping always clear imaging. Even for the highest magnifications, it is always possible to immediately create fully sharp pictures, just by using a single button function.
The microscope is commonly used for inspection of complete components, directly from production, customer claims or research department. Thanks to the special design, the objective can be tilted, while maintaining the focus on the same surface. It is achieved without touching the sample. Additionally, the microscope can be even used in remote mode especially useful for large, heavy samples or inspection directly on the parts of machines.
Measurement
Reliable 2D and 3D measurements:
Measurements can be taken at any sample position using information such as height, XY coordinates, color or contrast, independently of the operator. For some of the applications automated inspection and analysis programs can be created as well. Measurements can be made on the live image or in stored documents, not only at a microscope but even from the PC, using a dedicated free-of-charge software module.
Documentation
Intuitive software:
Observation settings such as magnification and illumination are saved with the image as metadata. This allows you to reproduce images with previously used settings to ensure that inspection of your samples is always user independent. Additionally, thanks to metadata all observation settings, measurement results, and captured image can be exported directly into customized analysis reports.
